Wine tasting, Australia 豪州ワイン試飲と健康

オーストラリアの産物を紹介する催しで、ワインの試飲を。

カリフォルニアワインは、軽くて好きですが、豪州ワインはどんなものか?

シラースを注文。　小さいプラスチックグラスで、試飲。

“かなりアルコール分強い”　と感じました。

その後、いくつかのワイナリー産のシラースを試飲。

最後に出会った、”yellow tail“　（イエローテイル）ブランド、　これは軽くて気に入りました。

”yellow tail“　カリフォルニアのスーパーで見たことがありましたが、試飲ははじめて。

このほか試飲した豪州ワイン、私にはちょっと強すぎました。

以前は白ワインが好きでしたが、“健康には赤”　ときいてからは、“赤”　。

そして、“皮の成分が詰まった濃い目の種類”　の　“ジンフェンデル”　や、“シラース”。

量を飲むわけではないので　”ポリフェノールのぎゅっと詰まったワイン“　を　一杯。

葡萄の皮の抗酸化作用に、感謝しながら、”健康のため“　ちょっといただくワイン。








As you know, Trader Joe sell wines from all over the world. I knew “yellow tail” at TJ and it sat on shelf. I came across this wine in Australia and realized this was Australian wine. I noticed kangaroo picture was printed meant Australia. I tasted few Shiraz and those were sharp or strong. It may contain high alcohol percentage that I did no like. I did not enjoy that Australian Shiraz then I saw yellow tail. Their Shiraz was mild and it was close to California Shiraz or Syrah. Surprisingly, people served wine did not know Syrah at all. I asked about Syrah that they might have but no Syrah. I wish I could have tasted Australian Zinfandel but there was no Zinfandel.
I am great fan of California wine and my favorite one is Shiraz. Please taste yellow tail Shiraz and ask Howard or any other San Francisco Wine lovers may recommend good Australian wine. I am curious about what they say. Thank you.
