hargao with chives,
polk danpling with soup in oval shaped steamer. スープ
mango dessert- thick milk pudding with mango souce on top, it was rich.

My favorite museum in the world is this National Palace
museum. Their overwhelmed Chinese art and its collection is surely worth seeing. Taiwanese keep saying that Forbidden City in Beijing has no Chinese treasures but it is in Taiwan. Chinese treasures were carefully packed and it brought to Taiwan by Chan Kai Shuk’s lead. People in Taiwan pound of his project at that time because treasures would havve been destroyed during China’s Cultural Revolution. I have visited National Palace
Museum 3 times and this was first visit after the renovation.
I always enjoy seeing Bai Cai and pork meat stone. There was no sniff bottled collections and bases this time.
After renovation project, the restaurant named Silks Palace
opened beside museum. Food tasted light and especially soup broth was like Japanese Kyoto styled one.
I suggest you to visit this museum and you can actually spend a day. This is highly recommended place to visit in Taipei
